Only a couple of ornaments were broken during the construction of the tree this year. I imagine there will be plenty in the future. The whole concept was new for Boston. He thought he could play with each ornament instead of putting it on the tree. And once it was on the tree, he thought he could take it off to play with it. Two steps forward and one step back, it took us a little while to put the tree up. Gennovah on the other hand made sure that each ornament had its own branch. It was cute to see her wake up from her nap because she wanted to see, "Christmas." The tree stays lit all day. They have a cow when I unplug it for their naps, so this is the year we will see how long the lights can go. It was a fun end to the day to get the tree up and see the kids smile as they helped accomplish this once a year feat.

What fun! the kids look like they are having a blast. We are going to cut down our tree on Wed.. Yes we also like to start early. One of the things we are thankful for on Thursday is that we get to enjoy Christmas for more than a month. Happy Holidays. Happy Turkey day! We love you guys and miss you.
She doesn't look to much like her Mommy. Wow, it is unbelievable how it brings me right back to when you were that age. And, Boston, he looks like his Daddy and sometimes his Uncle Andrew.
